We made some changes to our Cloud Platform since you last visited. We hope you like them! As always, your feedback and suggestions are always welcomed.
In this version (beta v0.2012):
- Increased System Stability – Thanks to your helpful feedback we have been able to squash some bugs that will increase our ability to offer highly available services.
- Improved UI/UX Dashboard for Logged In Users – The user dashboard has been updated to reflect more information in a clean and simple UI. You now get an overview of all of your account settings, VMs, Rewards, Referrals, and more all from your Account Settings page.
- Account Deactivation – We don’t want to see you go, but should you so choose, Account Deactivation is now available from the Account Settings page.
- More OS and Application Templates – We have added Archlinux, Fedora 24, Alpine Linux, and Gentoo operation systems and QEMU templates featuring Turnkey Linux Apps like node.JS, ownCloud, and SimpleInvoices among others.
- All Plans Include UNLIMITED TRANSFER (while in beta) – There is no limit on the amount of traffic your VM can have, regardless of which plan you have chosen.
- Added Scheduled Weekly Backups – The backups section on the VM dashboard now has more detailed information regarding the weekly backup schedules and backup activity history.
- Deploy VMs from Existing Backups – VMs can now be restored from up to 4 previous backups based on the new backup schedule.
- Regular vs. Premium Plan Options w/ Accurate Projected Pricing – We have begun building our product models with accurate representations of what we expect our pricing to be when we launch.
- Easier VM resizing/scaling – It is now more apparent how to scale VMs between different tech spec configurations.
- VM Filtering – Easily search for and filter all of your VMs, whether they are running, stopped, deleted or destroyed. You can also search by VM name.
- Updated UI/UX – This version features simplistic designs with updated graphics, logos, text, and landing pages.
- Minor bug fixes and improvements – We’re constantly squashing…you can help us squash bugs better by Filing A Bug Report.
